We've all been there.
When you're laying in bed at night, meant to be sleeping but it's just not happening.
Apparently there is something you can do to help you snooze in seconds.
It's called the '4-7-8' breathing trick, and slows the heartrate while having chemical-like effects on the brain.
Here's what you gotta do.
1. Breathe in through your nose, counting to four seconds.
2. Hold your breath for seven secs.
3. Breathe out for eight seconds.
Repeat the steps until you're asleep.
