There's no denying that Kourtney Kardashian is in amazing shape. So naturally we'd love to know if she has any health and beauty hacks?!
And it turns out she does! In a recent chat with Pop Sugar, Kourtney revealed a few of the health and beauty rules that she lives by.
Most interestingly, Kourtney revealed the two foods that she no longer eats (or with very few exceptions...you know how it is!)
Turns out, that ever since Kourtney learned of the potential health and beauty benefits, she has banned herself from gluten AND dairy.
Although they are two fairly common foods to avoid, it seems to have quite a profound affect for Kourtney and her family.
When asked about her diet Kourtney said:
"I keep hearing that it's great for your skin to [give up dairy]. And this new doctor who my kids and I have been seeing just said we all have allergies to it. Which is not something that I think any of us had noticed, but then I keep hearing so many people keep saying you're not really supposed to have dairy after you're a year old . . . We do have it once in awhile, but in the last six weeks, we've had it like twice.”
"I think dairy is the easiest to replace. There are so many milk options and cheese options. That hasn't been as hard, but we're gluten-free too and that's really hard. But once you figure out the things you can and can't have, it makes it much easier, so I think we're finally starting to find some things that are good. I found some bakeries that make chocolate chip cookies, you know, different stuff so we're not totally missing out.”
It also turns out that Kourtney can't stop eating Brazilian avocado pudding. She posted a pic on her Insta a few weeks ago and apparently she’s had it for breakfast every morning since her doctor first introduced it to her.
There’s no doubt Kourtney works hard for her appearance, this is a pretty strict diet. If only we all had this kinda will power?!
