The photos below have a really weird effect on some people.
A feeling of unease and just general freaking the hell out.
Trypophobia is the fear of things with holes in them, and is apparently very common.
Although it's not recognised officially as a phobia, it's considered to be causing more serious problems recently.
The 'phobia' is believed to have begun when we were evolving as a species, when we had a good reason to fear things with hole in them such as poisonous plants, bees or some other weird creature that could cause us some pain.
Anyone else feel like a cold shower right about now?!
