Kylie Jenner is facing yet another controversy over her infamous cosmetic line.
Customers have complained that after fighting to even get their hands on a lip kit, and paying for their coveted products, the deliveries are being thwarted by thieves.
According to the US Better Business Bureau, customers' lip kits are being stolen in the mail, due to the recognisable packaging on the boxes that the products are mailed in.
Though the products are frequently re-stocked, the inventory tends to sell out within 30 minutes every time. People have been stocking up on as many products as they can, before selling them for a seriously inflated price online. Considering how much money people can make from these illustrious lip kits, we're not surprised it's escalated to theft.
The BBB has issued an alert on the company, stating they have received "multiple complaints" about the service, alleging "some or all of [its] products are not being shipped as expected."
Understandably, consumers are MAD AF!
According to a message on the BBB's website, "Currently the BBB is receiving multiple complaints from this company’s customers claiming that after ordering and paying for products, some or all of the products are not being shipped as expected.”
However, some customers claim their empty parcel's are NOT going to be compensated.
Kylie's team have been quick to point out they are not to blame:
“The company has informed the BBB that they confirm the weight of items shipped prior to shipping but they allege that because of highly-recognizable labeled packaging, containers are being opened and products removed,” the BBB stated.
The company stated they are now working on changing the packaging of their products to make it less "tempting" to thieves. Here's hoping old mate Kylie can sort her shit out.
