There’s no denying Chrissy Teigen is the queen of keeping it real.
She’s one of the few refreshingly authentic stars in Hollywood, and her approach to being a new mum is honest AF. We lahveeee her.
The 30-year-old model recently welcomed her daughter, Luna Simone Stephens, with her husband, musician John Legend.
"We're so happy," Teigen gushed in an interview with Entertainment Tonight, "It's been really exciting and fun, and every day is so different, and seeing all her little changes is so cute."
"Her eyes have uncrossed a little bit and, like, now, rather than looking right through you, she looks at you, which is really nice," she joked. "But it's the little smiles that get you.”
Chrissy even spoke about the joys of breastfeeding.
"If you do the math, you're kind of breastfeeding for 10 hours a day total. They just use you for your milk and you just feel like you are just a cow.” LEL!
The star even spoke of her beautiful first Mother’s Day, saying “There is no feeling like that first little smile, your first Mother's Day, which was so beautiful and sweet to me. The entire day my eyes were on the verge of tears because I was so happy."
Unfortunately for Chrissy, though, not everyone is pleased about her newborn daughter. Evil little twitter trolls have taken it upon themselves to shame Chrissy (and Chrissy alone) for literally everything she does as a new mum. Going to dinner with her partner, their child’s name, looking too good (yeah, seriously), social media has been particularly unkind to the star.
Opening up to ET, Chrissy spoke about all the hate with her typical honest 'tude.
"It does seem all silly now," she stressed. "Like, anything that you got frustrated over about before, nothing really matters anymore. And I think you just let things go a little more."
"It is hard when it turns to ... people are grading you on your personal decisions," she admitted. "You just realize you'll never make everyone happy. ... I'm learning to let things roll off my back a bit easier. I have more important things going on now."
Keep doing you, babe! We think you're an amazing mum to little Luna, and your honest tweets are Lit AF!
