Plum lips, embellishments and gold, gold, gold...2016 is already shaping up to be the 'Year of the Red Carpet' thanks to some of our favourite celebs.
Ahead of the Met Ball on Monday May 2, we've decided to take a look at which A-listers have already set the red-carpet bar quite high (because we're sure there'll be another 14352 by next week).
According to Napoleon Perdis, these Hollywood hotties have nailed this year's most glamorous fashion and beauty trends. Here's why....
"Natural is cool!" Napoleon Perdis says. "She has let her beauty shine through and has let her skin do all the talking. Hints of bronze and caramel shades on the lips and cheeks really give her a super gorgeaus look.
"The key to recreating Margot's neutral lip is by applying a sandy-brown, creamy lipstick over the entire lip. Next, line lips last using a matte lip pencil in a matching shade. As for the dress, she looks incredible! What a Bronzed Goddess!"
It's official: Brie Larson nailed her Golden Globes glow with a flick of the mascara wand and a slick of the gloss.
With a focus on radiant skin and bronzed-up cheekbones, Brie's beautiful, red-carpet look is elegant without being overdone, nailing subtle glamour in her custom-made Calvin Klein frock.
Special mention goes to the Hollywood hottie for her enviable, slicked-back locks also.
"J-Law has achieved complexion perfection," Napoleon Perdis says. "She looks flawless and naturally glowing. Her brows are on fleek and are groomed to perfection. The cut out trend looks great on her and is an interesting addition to the red carpet. The neck piece is to die for!"
"Alicia has really nailed the Smokey eye by sticking to neutral tones," Napoleon Perdis says. "The chocolate brown eyeshadow adds a hint of sexiness without going OTT.
"Loving that brown, 90’s inspired lip with a more creamy/matte texture. The dress screams hollywood star and goes perfectly with her Oscar statue. Winning!"
You can always count on Charlize Theron to make a gorge, red carpet appearance, right? Rocking a smoky eye paired with soft, warm browns, take note of the gold influence on her lids.
As for her typically tumbling blonde locks, Charlize stuck to a pulled-back, minimalist 'do to enhance her statuesque beauty.
Emerald green August Getty Atelier gown, calls for an emerald green frock right? Rachel McAdams thinks so, pairing up her eyeliner with her dress #matchymatchy
Using a teal liner which is a slightly brighter shade than her dress, Rachel's contrast of colours makes for a more interesting and dynamic look on the face.
"This lady in red really packs a punch with her bright dress and lip to match," Napoleon Perdis says. "Teaming the lip with a hint of gold and bronze shimmer on the eye was a good move. Dakota could have spent a little longer at the hairdressers, but her overall style is fun and youthful. The dress has a few too many frills but the length is perfect for the occasion".
Only Amy Adams could make orange look this good, seriously.
Wearing an Atelier Versace dress, Amy's vibrant, geranium-hued number lent itself perfectly to a summery facade i.e tans and bronzes to freshen up her bold choice (note, her breezy locks could have walked right off the beach also).
With an obvious focus on her bright, blue eyes, Amy's lashes steal the show, perfectly pairing with her bronzed skin, illuminated cheekbones and subtle lip.
